Bhagavadgita 2.26 & 2.27

अथ चैनं नित्यजातं नित्यं वा मन्यसे मृतम्।

तथापि त्वं महाबाहो नैवं शोचितुमर्हसि।।2.26।।

2.26 On the other hand, if you think this One is born continually or dies constantly, even then, O mighty-armed one, you ought not to grieve thus.

2.26. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಇವನನ್ನು (ಆತ್ಮನನ್ನು) ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದಾದರೂ ಎಲೈ ಮಹಾಬಾಹುವೇ, ನೀನು ಚಿಂತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ.

जातस्य हि ध्रुवो मृत्युर्ध्रुवं जन्म मृतस्य च।

तस्मादपरिहार्येऽर्थे न त्वं शोचितुमर्हसि।।2.27।।

2.27 For certain is death for the born, and certain is birth for the dead; therefore, over the inevitable thou shouldn’t not grieve.

2.27. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣ ಖಂಡಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟು ಖಂಡಿತ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾದ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಶೋಕಿಸಬಾರದು.
