Bhagavadgita 14.27 & 15.1

ब्रह्मणो हि प्रतिष्ठाऽहममृतस्याव्ययस्य च।

शाश्वतस्य च धर्मस्य सुखस्यैकान्तिकस्य च।।14.27।।

14.27 And I am the basis of the impersonal Brahman, which is the constitutional position of ultimate happiness, and which is immortal, imperishable and eternal.

14.27 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾಶರಹಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಮೃತಸ್ವರೂಪವಾಗಿರುವ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಕ್ಕೂ, ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೂ, ಆತ್ಯಂತಿಕ ಸುಖಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನೇ ಆಶ್ರಯನು.

श्री भगवानुवाच

ऊर्ध्वमूलमधःशाखमश्वत्थं प्राहुरव्ययम्।

छन्दांसि यस्य पर्णानि यस्तं वेद स वेदवित्।।15.1।।

15.1 The Blessed Lord said: There is a banyan tree which has its roots upward and its branches down and whose leaves are the Vedic hymns. One who knows this tree is the knower of the Vedas.

15.1  ಶ್ರೀ ಭಗವಂತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ -

ಮೇಲೆ ಬೇರು, ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಇರುವ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥವನ್ನು ಅವ್ಯಯವೃಕ್ಷವೆನ್ನುವರು. ಇದರ ಎಲೆಗಳು ವೇದಗಳು. ಯಾವನು ಈ ವೃಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಮೂಲಸಹಿತ ಬಲ್ಲನೋ ಅವನು ವೇದವನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವನು.
