Bhagavadgita 13.12 & 13.13

अध्यात्मज्ञाननित्यत्वं तत्त्वज्ञानार्थदर्शनम्।

एतज्ज्ञानमिति प्रोक्तमज्ञानं यदतोन्यथा।।13.12।।

13.12 Steadfastness in the knowledge of the Self, contemplation on the Goal of the knowledge of Reality-this is spoken of as Knowledge. Ignorance is that which is other than this.

13.12 ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸದಾ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನಿಡುವುದು, ತತ್ವಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾದ ಮೋಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು - ಹೀಗೆ ಇವಿಷ್ಟೂ ಜ್ಞಾನವೆನಿಸುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಬೇರೆಯಾದದ್ದು ಅಜ್ಞಾನವೆನಿಸುವುದು.

ज्ञेयं यत्तत्प्रवक्ष्यामि यज्ज्ञात्वाऽमृतमश्नुते।

अनादिमत्परं ब्रह्म न सत्तन्नासदुच्यते।।13.13।।

13.13 I shall now explain the knowable, knowing which you will taste the eternal. This is beginningless, and it is subordinate to Me. It is called Brahman, the spirit, and it lies beyond the cause and effect of this material world.

13.13 ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಜ್ಞೇಯ, ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಈಗ ಹೇಳುವೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅಮೃತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ, ಸತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸಾತ್ ಎರಡೂ ಅಲ್ಲದ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮವು ಅದು.
