Bhagavadgita 18.26 & 18.27

मुक्तसङ्गोऽनहंवादी धृत्युत्साहसमन्वितः।

सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योर्निर्विकारः कर्ता सात्त्विक उच्यते।।18.26।।

18.26 The worker who is free from all material attachments and false ego, who is enthusiastic and resolute and who is indifferent to success or failure, is a worker in the mode of goodness.

18.26 ಫಲದ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನು, ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವೆನೆಂಬ ಅಹಂಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲದವನು, ಧೃತ್ಯುತ್ಸಾಹಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದವನು, ಫಲವು ಸಿದ್ಧಿಸಿದರೂ, ಸಿದ್ಧಿಸದಿದ್ದರೂ ಯಾವ ಮನೋವಿಕಾರವೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕರ್ತನು ಸಾತ್ವಿಕನು.

रागी कर्मफलप्रेप्सुर्लुब्धो हिंसात्मकोऽशुचिः।

हर्षशोकान्वितः कर्ता राजसः परिकीर्तितः।।18.27।।

18.27 But that worker who is attached to the fruits of his labor and who passionately wants to enjoy them, who is greedy, envious and impure and moved by happiness and distress, is a worker in the mode of passion.

18.27 ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಗವುಳ್ಳ, ಕರ್ಮಫಲದಾಸೆಯುಳ್ಳ, ದುರಾಸೆಯುಳ್ಳ, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ, ಶುಚಿತ್ವವಿಲ್ಲದ, ಹರ್ಷಶೋಕಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಕರ್ತನು ರಾಜಸನೆನಿಸುವನು.
