Bhagavadgita 18.40 & 18.41

न तदस्ति पृथिव्यां वा दिवि देवेषु वा पुनः।

सत्त्वं प्रकृतिजैर्मुक्तं यदेभिः स्यात्ित्रभिर्गुणैः।।18.40।।

18.40 There is no being existing, either here or among the demigods in the higher planetary systems, which is freed from the three modes of material nature.

18.40 ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಾಗಲೀ, ದಿವ್ಯವಾದ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ, ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಮೂರು ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತವಾದ ಜೀವಿಯೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ब्राह्मणक्षत्रियविशां शूद्राणां च परंतप।

कर्माणि प्रविभक्तानि स्वभावप्रभवैर्गुणैः।।18.41।।

18.41 Brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras are distinguished by their qualities of work, O chastiser of the enemy, in accordance with the modes of nature.

18.41 ಅವರವರ ಸ್ವಭಾವದಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ, ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯ, ವೈಶ್ಯ, ಶೂದ್ರರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ಮಗಳು ವಿಭಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ.
