Bhagavadgita 16.22 & 16.23

एतैर्विमुक्तः कौन्तेय तमोद्वारैस्त्रिभिर्नरः।

आचरत्यात्मनः श्रेयस्ततो याति परां गतिम्।।16.22।।

16.22 The man who has escaped these three gates of hell, O son of Kunti, performs acts conducive to self-realization and thus gradually attains the supreme destination.

16.22 ಈ ನರಕದ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಶ್ರೇಯಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದುದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಿಂದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೆ.

यः शास्त्रविधिमुत्सृज्य वर्तते कामकारतः।

न स सिद्धिमवाप्नोति न सुखं न परां गतिम्।।16.23।।

16.23 But he who discards scriptural injunctions and acts according to his own whims attains neither perfection, nor happiness, nor the supreme destination.

16.23 ಯಾವನು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ತನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುವನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕರ್ಮಸಿದ್ಧಿಯು ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸುಖವೂ ದೊರಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪರಮಗತಿಯೂ ದೊರಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
