Bhagavadgita 8.27 & 8.28

नैते सृती पार्थ जानन्योगी मुह्यति कश्चन।

तस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु योगयुक्तो भवार्जुन।।8.27।।

8.27 The devotees who know these two paths, O Arjuna, are never bewildered. Therefore be always fixed in devotion.

8.27 ಹೇ ಪಾರ್ಥ, ಈ ಎರಡು ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದೂ ನಿಜವಾದ ಯೋಗಿಯು ಮೋಹಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜುನ, ನೀನು ಸದಾಕಾಲ ಯೋಗಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿರು.

वेदेषु यज्ञेषु तपःसु चैव दानेषु यत्पुण्यफलं प्रदिष्टम्।

अत्येति तत्सर्वमिदं विदित्वा योगी परं स्थानमुपैति चाद्यम्।।8.28।।

8.28 A person who accepts the path of devotional service is not bereft of the results derived from studying the Vedas, performing austere sacrifices, giving charity or pursuing philosophical and fruitive activities. At the end he reaches the supreme abode.

8.28 ಇದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದ ಯೋಗಿಯು ಶ್ರೌತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಮಾರ್ತ ಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು, ತಪಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ದಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪುಣ್ಯವನ್ನ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಪರಮಪದವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ.
